Soak them in a soapy solution you’ve made with a mild clothes detergent or your kid’s shampoo. Rinse them in clean water, gently drain and let them air dry. 
• Non‐washables. Plush toys with battery packs or other hard parts cannot be soaked in water. Instead, go over them with a cloth dipped in the soapy solution and then rinse them with a cloth dipped in clean water. Dry them with a hair dryer.

Electronic toys

Before you start cleaning any electronic toys, make sure you’ve turned them off. Remove the batteries and place back the cover. Then, you can apply the same procedure as for the non‐washable plush toys. However, instead of using a hair dryer, let the toys air dry or dry them with a clean cloth.
